Transactions
All transactions are processed through Protx. Your credit card details are not revealed to us, and are never stored on our server or database. For further information on the payment process via Protx click here .

Order confirmation
You will receive two email confirmations of your order. The first, from Protx will confirm the card transaction. The second, from our website, details the items you have ordered .If we find that availability of any title ordered is not as stated on the website, you will be notified shortly, and your credit card will be refunded for that portion of the order.

Delivery
You will receive a dispatch email from us when your order ships.  This will usually be within 3 working days of you placing your order.  The time taken to receive your order will vary according to the shipping method used (will be detailed in your dispatch email).  As a general guide you should expect to receive your order within the following timescales after shipment has taken place, unless otherwise stated:-

UK - 2-5 days 
EU - 7-14 days
US - 7-14 days
others - 10-21 days

Please note that overseas delivery times can vary considerably from country to country.

If you do not receive your order within this time, please get in touch and we will advise.

Customs and Taxes
Since books are a zero-rated supply in the UK, no VAT is added to your order.  All international orders are clearly marked as "printed papers", and should not be liable for any customs duty, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Returns Policy
You may return goods if they are received damaged, or if the incorrect item is delivered.  You will be refunded the cost of goods and the carriage once we have received the goods. Before returning an item, you must email to inform us that the goods are being returned, pand obtain a returns number.  In addition, you are entitled to invoke your statutory rights under the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
